Have you just arrived in Rome and haven’t yet had the chance to try the fantastic «Pasta alla amatriciana» and the delicious «Vino dei Castelli» ? So you cannot miss our next trip to Ariccia! Ariccia has become famous for its porchetta, pork that is slowly roasted with herbs and wild fennel, and it has been known since historical times for its wine.
In Ariccia, we will go the famous “Fraschetta”: Fraschetta goes back to the times of ancient Rome when the travelers needed some place to eat and/or to recover; it was only in the Middle Ages that the place acquired the name of Fraschetta. The name takes origin from another local town, named Frascati.
The fee for this amazing trip is only 15 EURO and it includes a dinner with the following menu:
Antipasti: selection of cold cuts, prosciutto (ham), porchetta, grilled vegetables, mozzarella di bufala
Main courses: 2 half portions of home-made pasta (“amatriciana” and “cacio e pepe”)
Beverages: 1 liter of wine per person, unlimited water

The cost of transportation will be covered by ESN ROMA ASE!
We will depart at 6 pm from the Anagnina metro station and we will be back in Termini at midnight.
